I see from your first post that you have removed 2mm from the disc carrier, I would have thought you would still have clearance at that. Did the callipers clear before you skimmed the carrier?

Would you like some measurements from my calliper? I will try and measure my disc offset tomorrow.

I removed 2 mm because the hub with the discs would not pass through the lower legs. it was that bad.
unfortunately i did not try the caliper with the spokes. But i think it would have been marginal.

Marzocchi and Ceriani made some tripple clamps for 35 mm forks with 195 mm spacing c.t.c. that would be 8 mm more as you have now .

Measurement of the rear of the caliper (the rear half) would be useful, thanks

Hmm, cannot get in to measure that.

I have the distance from the inner disc face to the top of the bolt that holds the calliper together at about 37.5. My disc is centred in the calliper.

The gap between the disc and the fork leg.

And the overall width of the calliper is about 86.4mm

My 2195 is 84.3 overall and the same as yours from disc to end of internal bolt. (if disc width is 6.5 mm and is center to the caliper where the disc slot is 10 mm, then we add 1,5 mm to the number of my second image.
So no difference from the calipers. Anyway it is Orthodox Easter here in Greece, after Monday i will go and discuss the options with my mechanic-machinist and i believe after all that it can be done

I looks like it is all just like mine and I have had a Norvil type disc in there last year so that shouldn't be the problem either. Good luck with your mechanic when you see him and if you need any more measurements I can take the wheel out and get them for you. Incidentally, I know mine isn't a twin disc setup just now but it was, but I found it too powerful so I removed one to save weight, nothing else was changed so it would just be a matter of bolting the disc and calliper back on.

Another thought, are the forks new?, no chance you have a bent stanchion and the bend is facing inwards.

Thank you very much for all the help. i will keep updating. Forks hub rim spokes everything is new

Further to the project, the Norvil Hub has been narrowed by 6 mm and tomorrow we will try the discs and calipers on it.

Update. Tried today and we have clearances:
About 2 mm disc to lower fork lower. Cannot shave the internal fork lower because there lives a small allen screw that secures the lower part of the slider. I believe it will be a nightmare to install the wheel with the spacers...
About 2 mm back of the caliper to the spokes . Will be 1 mm more when wheel laced with better spokes with a little shorter bent length.
If needed 1 mm can be shaved from caliper rear.
So i believe it will be ok! Thanks to all!
