I just heard a rumour on the UK NOC forum that Sean has left Norton, anybody confirm or deny?

If he has, that's a shame, as I thought he was very good.
 
I saw that on there also, I wouldn't be surprised since I've had my 961 a lot of good people have gone including Peter Williams and Chris Walker.
 
Can't say I'm surprised after my dealings with his service/repair at Donington, Mickey Mouse could have dealt with it better IMO. I was told when I collected my bike he was being relieved of the Service managers job so he could concentrate on Sales.
 
I emailed Sean a few days ago. Had a reply today from Karen Fearon who stated that Sean had indeed left the company.
 
Sorry to hear this.

He had the required social skills to be a good front man for Norton and was straightforward to deal with.
