Receiving "new" Amals from Burlen via Andover Norton

Well I pretty much posted the same just over on the FA head thread before I saw this comment.
Have to agree. If you get no satisfaction from a seller then bring it here.

Time to bring this thread to a close I think.

Question asked, many great and useful comments were made and experiences shared.
Andover Norton responded, and in addition have introduced new measures to improve their quality control, which will benefit all Norton owners in the future.

I reckon all the boxes have been ticked, and we can move on to a new topic!

Your bike will only be as good as the parts you fit no bad thing to keep the manufacturers on there toes by highlighting defects and discussing these complaints IMHO.
