Hi Bonwit
I do run sureflex plates in the Triton.
To be fair, I have no complaints, I was just replying to someone who has a rattle and trying to come up with a reason for it.
Not that impressed with a basket that dosn't run true tho' ...thats why I used RGM for the Commando after a less than positive experience at Norvil, (and also they use a better belt type).
Hi Bill.
I know USA is a big country, I was born there. I also used to live in Stuart, Florida for four years back in the 80's.
You didn't actually answer my question, Bill. I asked if you do sustained runs at OVER 4000 rpm, not just sustained runs.
When I lived in Florida everyone drove around dead relaxed, 8) even on the interstate and Turnpike, although I did meet up with some Truimph guys and we used to go out Lake Okeechobee way for some more spirited runs on the backroads out west...I had a 70' Bonneville back then...wish I still had it now to go with the others. The police were dead keen over there
We might live on small islands in Europe but they are still big enough to get up to some good speeds.
