Finally sourced the final piece for the H2 transmission.
While I've not PROOF TESTED it yet, it sure is refreshing to see a craftsman proud enough to put their NAME ON THEIR WORK!
In stark contrast to some of the horrid looking junk I've bought in the past.
I can't wait to get this project cooking!

As far as I know my mates Triton has a Nova gearbox or cluster
So I assumed they make complete clusters? Or used too

Yes they do, but as far as I know, not for Norton boxes. I guess your mate has a Triumoh box ?

The only Norton item on their web site is the mainshaft!

I lot of racing boys use theirs 5 and 6 speed boxes in big triples, they have a good reputation.

The only Norton item on their web site is the mainshaft!

I've only seen it once
It's a 500 pre unit ,it's way over geared for the road
It was after he left another mate told me it had a Nova box
And it was probably half the bikes value
