Fast Eddie I am not trying to sell them but I have a lot of experances with them and think they are the ducks nuts of ignition systems and wanted one for my Norton for sometime before I had the money to buy a new one and a battery just adds more weight to my bike, I have been stuck a 100 miles from home with a dead black box from my first Boyar in the early 80s.

Jim I have no problems at all with my maggie hanging out from my motor, it also keeps cool with cool air around it and is easy to set up, changing cases and having access to a milling machine etc, just makes it a major job but ok if you have all the gear to do it.

Plus if I need to do any maintenance on my maggie I just set my motor onto the timing marks, remove the maggie and work on it on the work bench, when finished put it back on the bike with the timimg marks I have marked where the maggie sits and the maggie is still set without resetting the timimg, so simple.
