Does anyone know why when I send a PM it hangs up in the outbox? Does not show as a sent message.

A message will stay in your outbox until the person you've sent it to opens it.

In the windmills of my mind I seem to vaguely recall something about that. Unfortunately, I seem to be discarding more and more information as time goes on. I wouldn't doubt I asked this same question before. There are some things to be said for being over the hill (65+), but total recall is not one of them.
