I was wearing gloves. No fingers on them so I could operate my new GoProNice day to eat some miles. Wear some gloves, man!
I totally agree on the ikons, mate. I like doing these movies so I can see things working. I had hagons on my 850. I did a similar movie and it was not until then that I saw the old hagons flexing. I got rid of them after that. Ikons are much better as far as I am concerned.Going great Jerry, they like being rode hard and I love my old Koni (now Ikon) shocks on my Norton been the same shocks on my Norton since 1978 and they were only rebuilt 8 years ago when one blew a main oil seal, $40 for the rebuild kit for both shocks and wasn't a hard job to do, I run Ikon shocks on my old Triumph Thruxton which I kept the shocks when selling it (will fit the Norton if the old Koni's fail) and just fitted a new set on my 1200 Thruxton S, I also have a new set of Ikon's for the 1960 Manxman project bike, I know how well they work, simple and easy to rebuild when needed, why change to other brand when they been so good to me, my old Koni's have over 160k miles on them and still work as good as the first day of fitting them (43 years on the Norton not bad).

Yes of course my family roots start in hatfield peveral and ulting. And I lived there for years.
There are long sweeping corners that can be ridden around at 80 in the area I was. I like that approach too. Get ready for the next movie in mountains with lots of twisties.
My mrs just got me the GoPro for bday last week. Stay tuned…
My 750 will carry on past 7500rpm if I let itForgot to mention I appreciate the view if the instruments during acceleration. I don't use a tach, so it was nice to see that old 750 Nortons can be wound up much further than 6K RPM.
You have what sounds like and performs like a quiet well-built motor.
Which electronic ignition is in that motor, or is it old school ignition?
My 750 is often at 85 to 90 I have a small puig screen that takes a lot off meMy old 850 will run 90+ no problem. It's just hanging on to the old girl is my problem.
