The BDO report is available on the London Gazette website for all to read, some big figures and suggestions that these are not the final figures.
 
So Norton UK does own 100% of Norton America LLC if that document is correct, so SG did not keep Norton America LLC separate. Hope that is correct.

Yes, Raphi is indeed doing very well. “Locked down under” in Kaikoura, South Island, NZ with my family. Since almost 20 days in Lockdown and waiting if we could continue travelling. There are many worse places (including home Switzerland) to be locked down for the moment. Happy Easter to everyone (here already over).

It's not about how well you can act, it's just that you get in enough movies. He's been in some big ones so there's opportunities to make some bucks.
 
Another name change as well with the Norton MC to something else, maybe was forced to do that?

Maybe he's looking to put a small consortium together to buy out once its liquidated
 
If it ends up with Keanu and ARCH then the price for the bike will be very expensive. Have you looked at the price of a ARCH motorcycle ? About $80 K and up . Maybe the Norton can be made for less but I don't see how ? The ARCH has a proven-brought in S&S engine .
