just a couple..... one offered £10600..... o_O.... and another said he really wanted one and was really interested...but couldn't be bothered to travel to even have a look....:(
 
Its a nice looking bike Al , you have really taken good care of it. And low mileage too right ? (yes 1865) Is it possible to keep it and get the superlight too ? How much are you wanting for it ? (13.6) How close were they with the 10.6 offer ? (3k off) You may want to just take the 10.6 . That comes to 14.3 USD , not too bad all things considered. I looked back and saw asking 13.6 . It would make a nice stablemate for the superlight. A retro Norton roadster (virtually unused) and a Norton sportbike side by side. You only live once AL .​

Yes Tony, it's a magnificent looking bike and runs beautifully....i had 6 bikes and loved them all, but it was too many for me...couldn't use them all....plus 2 cars..and the missus wants us to go away in the camper :(... ( reasons why the bike has such a low mileage) so i've now got down to 3, and really don't want any more than that... i'm still in 2 minds whether to keep the 961 or not because i think its fabulous and its got in my blood...and sounds bloody fantastic !.... i open the garage door and seeing it makes me feel a bit sick when i think about selling.... BUT, if the superlight is to be had, then i will sell the 961..... that doesn't mean i'm gonna give it away though...i'm open to a good offer...but NOT £10600 LOW....

Al, I’m guessing most folks who view this forum regularly already have a 961, so why not put an ad in the “For sale” section? You may have more success.

I use 'Gunk' engine cleaner on a warm engine then wash it off before it dries...plus it helps havin a very low mileage and not been out in the rain since the first week of ownership lol...
