You have to hand it to these guys for coming up with my favorite piston design so far. Not only do they have a smooth gorgeous shape and a super low gram weight - they also harden the internal surface with a coating process to increase strength.

Its closest competition is the design below, but I doubt if there would be any advantage (after lengthening the skirts and adding more rings).

Hi Jseng,
Are these pistons Norton compatible? If so, what do they cost?

Ed

The top piston is fine but the bottom piston would need a longer skirt and another ring to work in a Norton.

Please send me their name also Always looking for someone new
I'll send you their name by PM but don't expect them to offer Norton pistons. You could have them make a custom piston to fit your needs but it would be very expensive and time consuming.

Is it ok to post sales threads?

Glen
I just asked them what it would cost to make one of their new trick high tech shapes to fit a Norton - but that doesn't mean they will be available for sale. Will probably be too expensive - or there won't be enough space/material to fit the wide Norton rod.

@jseng1

Jim in order to get Pankl (alias arias) or Mahle or high dollar Pistal (also Je would have that forging to my knowledge) to make you H-box super slippers (with superior strength that imho really starts to count/give advantages on bores +90mm) they unfortunately first have to have that raw forging in the applicable diameter and length as well as minimum order of 4-6pcs.

Kind regards

Christian

I have not been able to find an H box piston suitable for Nortons. I just talked to the people who make the piston below and they start at about 90mm. They say that the extra struts would probably add more weight so even though it looks good - maybe its not such a good idea.
