Thanks for all your compliments and helpful advice! My Norton is a true 750 "S". I had no reservations of putting the "S" on the side panels. I chose not to install hi-rider pipes as it came from the factory. The high pipes are prone to cracking, breaking dog leg mount and chewing up the cylinder head threads. Also they make it really hard to put a passenger on the back. If you look close, my bike has the headlight halo and center oil tank. I saved the yellow fiberglass gas tank and side covers (and amals) to return it to stock if I wish to do so someday. I especially want to thank Dog T for his love for the "S" model and his detailed build thread. It helped me a lot. This bike starts, handles and rides better than I ever dreamed it would. It was a rewarding journey.
