Motorcycle Lock for your Commando

Not positively, absolutely thief proof, but my Atlas fork stop plate has a drilled hole with a corresponding hole in the base of the triple tree. When aligned hard left a padlock can be attached, and in the hard left condition, working the lock hasp with a grinding tool will be difficult; cutting with bolt cutters impossible.

Nothing prevents the bike being picked up by two or three strong guys and carried off. Happened to me once .... I found the bike in my driveway . I knew some of the big guys were up to some joke, and the fact that I did not freak out when I left the party, deflated the perpetrators.

a cover is a good psychological deterent and if you have a stand alone alarm that is triggered by cover being moved and then there is a robust lock to cut through , that will taketime .
Bike thefts go in fashions .. Harleys everywhere and in UK so called peds and crossers are high onthe teenage agenda..
'peds and crossers'?????
I know I'm way out of touch but I thought they were sexual proclivities..... Shows I'm never too old to learn!

For those wishing to steal the Norton by riding it away, the bike is made with security and anti-theft system in place: "Electrics by LUCAS". If the lucky perp manages to actually ride away, simply follow the fresh oil-drop trail - unless the Norton is "leakproof" (i.e. "out of oil"). (I know these are old saws, so sorry for that!).
