Help please came back from a ride and noticed that front flashers are working normaly but both rear flash dimly at the same time I have checked switch replaced flasher unit and checked wiring but still have the problem.
if i disconect each rear flasher at conector under tail light shroud and use a test light on each side it works fine but if i connect a test light in each side at the same time i have the same problem any advise would be much appreciated as I an tearing my hair out

Do your rear flashers share a common earth? Make sure it is indeed earthed properly, sometimes it might be earthed to the mudguard, but the mudguard itself may not be well earthed to the frame. Try running an earth wire direct to the frame or battery somewhere and see if this solves the problem.

if ground issues are ok, replace the bulbs... sometimes the filiments inside end up touching each other and backfeed voltage and cause problems. esspecially with a motorcycle that vibrates alot

Well Dave I think you have soved my problem I did a temperary trial and hooked up 2 test lights and ground each to battery direct and problem solved. So tomorrow I will run a ground wire directly from the battery to each indicator and all going well problem will be solved. Thanks again for the advice
