G80CS genuine piston and wrist pin

Hi

Does anyone possess a genuine piston for this model and a wrist pin with tapered ID bore? I neeed some dimensions. All shortstroke CS/TCS models from 1956 onwards used the same wrist pin (p/n 022394).
Your help would be highly appreciated!
