Cricklewood Green...one of my all time favorites...so was Alvin Lee.10 Years After are frequently played in my shed. Classic.
I like it. Really like the Bass being played like lead guitar - she is good. At first didn't care for the syamisen sound but I changed by the end - fit the song well.I was bouncing around on YouTube and ran across a Tower of Power song - what is hip- covered by this Japanese girl band Tokyo Groove Jyoshi,..... Check it out. One of the band members plays a syamisen - (traditional 3stringed kind of banjo) - I think it's Freakin good! Tell me what you guys think?
I know Right? I like that version better than Tower of Power's original, and I've started to follow Tokyo Groove Jyoshi or subscribed to their YouTube channel and the bass player Juna Serita. Until recently John Entwistle was my favorite Bass player, he's sure was good though! The Who wouldn't have been the same without him.I like it.
