InterestedI am getting a tailtidy fitted to my dominator the guy is in the uk his number is 07769935510 his name is Sean Rodgers. £120...
You have to unbolt the seat unit and original tailtidy and bolt this one on place, it is the same one on the 1st page of this thread.
I’d put up s photo but I dont know how?
Done
I agree. I should have used a stronger gauge but I'm limited as to what I can bend. I may take off the current bracket and bring to my machinist and see what he comes up with.Looks like good heavy enough gauge to last .
Looks great did you change the indicator relay ? Where is it located on the bike ?Mine... Very robust (survived a track day). I also replaced all the rear lights with an LED strip (brake light, rear light and indicators), the bolts securing the number plate are LED bolts to meet the NZ requirements for number plate illumination - also replaced the indicator relay with one suitable for LED indicators. With the small volumes of bikes you'll probably need to get your own fabricated - mine cost around $120NZD.
I purchased one of those for my led's, they flashed at the right speed but the repeater lamp on the dash stopped flashing (my relay didn't go on/off it went high/low voltage and in the off state there was enough voltage to keep the idiot lamp illuminated).... so I got resistors just for the rear led's and all is good.I think that these are standard on Yamaha but check the numbers. Buying the relay save having to put resistors on each bulb

I also suggest that when you fit it it is cable tied in.
Strange I had no problems with mine Maybe I'm just lucky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased one of those for my led's, they flashed at the right speed but the repeater lamp on the dash stopped flashing (my relay didn't go on/off it went high/low voltage and in the off state there was enough voltage to keep the idiot lamp illuminated).... so I got resistors just for the rear led's and all is good.
