Just dry fitted my tank to check same - my tank rubbers that straddle the backbone are old and thin so new ones will help by raising tank and increasing clearance slightly .
Tried rolling clamp down on right side to lower ball joint but can't be done as dogbone link is fixed length - the only way to roll right end of clamp down would be to slide it forward but then the link will no longer be perpendicular to chassis . This may be a compromise that has to be but waiting on new tank rubbers to see if they help .
Thanks Alan for posting this - Anxious to hear how you do with yours -
Cheers -RT
