I have dealt extensively with Roger at RGM and have always found him honest and responsive. I have also dealt with Norvil and never had any problems. One part that was damaged when I unpacked it they sent me a replacement the same day that I emailed them about the problem. They told me to keep the damaged one in case I ever desperately in need of a spare.

I always make sure that they know what quality of part I am looking for. If I absolutely have to use a pattern part I ask them about the quality beforehand so I don't waste my time and money returning parts.

Had my norton rebuilt by this Midlands gang quite a few years back. What a mistake that was. Indicator fell off few miles down the road from collecting it. Lousy pin striping job on the petrol tank which they corrected eventually when I sent it back and lets not forget one of the rear suspension retaining washers that was missing and by feeling a change in the handling noticed the unit was just about ready to drop off the lower bolt completely. Gang leaders casual responce to this was to say they had a new guy working there for a while, but had now left!! Eventually he actually told me to F--- Off during a telephone conversation regarding other build abnormalities.
