Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question, if it isn't just let me know where is correct and I'll delete this post.

I'm trying to find an AP Lockheed CP2969-101C brake caliper but can't find them any where. There are a couple of CP2969-32E0 around but even they are in short supply and quite expensive when I can find them.

Does anyone know the differences between these calipers and any specific site I might be able to find them?

Also I've seen the Girling CP2696 replica calipers, are there any other replica manufactures of these around?

Thanks in advance!

Grimeca made a copy. I had one, worked well. Bought mine from Clubman Racing. Use to buy a lot from Frank (owner) until I found out politically he is to the right of Attila the Hun. When you own a business, best to keep your political ideology to yourself.

2696 Replica Caliper - Manufactured on brand new tooling, this replica of the AP CP2696 uses the same brake pads (not included), also has hard anodized pistons, and has a medium grey anodized finish. The caliper is drilled and tapped for a 10MM x 1.0 brake line connection and is supplied with a banjo bolt and sealing washers for brake lines using a banjo fitting instead of a straight connection. Like the original, it uses 10MM mounting holes and can be fitted with the #G0312 bushings shown above when mounted by 3/8" bolts. - #G0330 - $179.00

Brembo make a calliper which looks similar to an AP. I got my second AP by swapping a GP carb for it, with a friend. - Just luck, it turned up in a bunch of speedway stuff he'd bought.

Thanks everyone for your replies, there seems to be more replicas than I first thought which is good. Will hopefully be able to get something to then keep me occupied during lockdown. Thanks again!

Of course, with any of those calipers a properly sized master cylinder must be used. 11 mm works a treat! The ⅝ inch original won’t work worth a damn.
