Air Temp Sensor - Part Number

Yes exactly that - asked if the bike was pre or post 2020...I said pre and they straight up said "well that's a problem". They did however say if I could get the current Norton part number they "may" be able to help but it was a big maybe and not a promise.

Long story short, ended up buying from Stu
I don't mind buying from Stu , but somebody has to be able get the parts . This may be a communication issue with Norton and this is worth a report to the factory in my view. Otherwise go direct to spares inquiry at Norton again and hope for the best. But Norton need to know you are being turned away.

There is no longer a ‘spares’ option on the Norton website Tony (Ref #15 above). The direction is to go through the dealer network.

It sounds to me, from Kev’s full explanation of his encounter with Judd, that they may just not be clear on what arrangements were in place previously - up to the change in process.

If we can’t find a UK member to do a ring around I’ll do it, then contact Norton by phone as I did last time. Their spares guy was quite helpful - hopefully he’s still there.
