961 Sales -Is it really rare or is it just scarce?

Matt's bikes are worth every penny in both parts and time. They are undervalued but the resale market just doesn't support these prices.

When i bought my 73 commando, the previous owner had bought a brand new 961 ,don't think he had it long , it had lots of engine problems in the end it got returned and got his money back , he said it didn't handle that well , I would have liked one they look so cool , I don't know what the engine issues were . I think Norton should have added overhead cams to the 961 and had nice chain covers , to give a retro Cosworth look , like they were trying to do with the other proper Cosworth engine . bound to make more Hp too .
