Sorry to see that.
If the motor is blowing that much oil out, clearly there is too much lube collecting in the sump during the engine's operation.
The scavenge pump should prevent this.
Tony,
Is there any way to check the scavenge channel in the engine for blockages or a partial blockage?
I suppose the sump plate could be removed to check the gauze strainer for trapped debris.

My sump appears to have a smear of silver sealant so I'm assuming that when mine was retro fitted with the kit the sump gauze has been fitted and sump plate refitted with the sealant. I had a post a while ago with quite a bit of metal debris stuck to my magnetic sump plug (1000klm oil change) so quite possible given the clearance to the sump plate and gauze there is restriction from debris.
On all occasions that I have cracked the sump nut I'm sure that quite a bit of oil drains but have no experience other than wet sump engines so not sure whats an "acceptable" amount of oil dropping out the bottom.
Thanks for your interest
