rear wheel bearings

Is there a good tutorial with pictures or YouTube for changing the rear wheel bearings on a 74 Commando? The shop manual section H is rather fuzzy and calls out names of things that don't exist in the parts breakdown.

You need to use chrome and the chrome extension that fixes photobucket and the blurring goes.

I know this one has been going to sleep but I just got some bearings in.... Yep, made in India. Look good except for the resin cage. Anyway after a thorough wash/blow dry the old 'English' ones are still quite serviceable/smooth & back in where they should be. These shall be kept for emergency roadside, must ride today, etc. use. Numbers & pics don't tell the whole story. Research your purchases for peace of mind.
They'll work, but I don't like them, so here I am.....
