The spending on that particular bike ends when you sell it. Selling a bike is not generally as joyful as selling a boat though.
That's a nice looking truing stand. I think I used a modified bicycle wheel truing stand when I did the rear wheel with Buchanans spokes and a WM4 Excel rim. I may have torqued a couple of spokes with a torque wrench to get a sense of how tight they should be, but ended up doing the feel thing in the end to make the wheel run true. Use the torque spec and that goop Buchanan's sends with the spokes. They don't loosen up if you use that and their spec.
