I don't know, but if my nuts were falling off, it would be of concern to me.
Steering stem nut, counter shaft nut, exhaust bracket nut, pretty soon you're nut-less, so to speak.
That may reduce the bike weight, but can't otherwise be a good thing.

"Nut-lessness" seems to be quite popular in society these days!
 
I use red thread lock on these when ever Ive had to remove them. 85nm tightening torque.
