Some years back, late 90's I think a friend that lived on the west coast was telling me how sick he was of hearing the story that a friend of a friend had imported a Harley from the US and after some research found it to have originally belonged to Elvis.I usually get the guy who "had one that would do 140 in third gear" "had to lay mine down to keep from going under a train" or "knows where there is a whole barn full of them." Yup,
I had one idiot looking at my T160 who claimed his dad had a year 64, I just can't be bothered to tell them anything nowadays.

It's a regular thing
One bloke told me he had a dunstall atlas that had a 160 mph top end and could cruise at 140 !!!!!
The older I get the faster I was...KPH.
