Voltmeter to replace ammeter

Hi, all.

I'd like to replace the headlamp ammeter on my Atlas with a voltmeter as I find that more useful. Can anybody recommend one which is similar in appearance and size?

A few years ago, I tried a small gauge made for a car, it displayed the voltage with a series of LEDs, everything was looking great until I started the engine, ALL the LEDs lit up because there was so much electrical noise it drove the thing crazy. If you do find one that fits, make sure it works before paying for it. Mine was only $15, but a hamburger and fries would have given me more satisfaction.

Been there. I like it much better than the amp guage. However, yesterday the guage crapped out. Scared me as it was pegged toward 16 volts. Upon checking I confirmed the guage had gone belly up. Funny you should ask just when my guage quit on me. I bought a set of three guages to get the voltmeter.

I can't see the pics of Aceaceca's here at work, but Classic Instruments make a pretty nice looking analog voltmeter.

Thanks, that looks already very promising, especially as the size is correct. I'll try to source a set here in Europe - the small oil gauge looks equally interesting.
