Bike is now shifting like a dream after making up a couple of spacers to limit gear mechanism travel. Strange that Quaife did not include them in their gearkit nor make reference to them, even though they did supply these little spacers with the kits in the past.

My Egli, 10:1cr, 1330cc and 105 cams was quieter than my 1000cc, 8:1cr Rapide with MK2 cams. I reckon its the cams that make the biggest difference.
