I have a huge fibre 2ft x 3ft junction box at my letter box , it goes down to the school , my drive way is about 200 metres long but I can't get fibre.

Keep trying. At first I couldn't get it either but they are continually changing things and sometimes in the right direction.
 
My phone company switched me over from DSL to fiber 2 weeks ago. In all that time I never noticed that they never hooked the phone line up again. Guess I don't really need it now that I moved away from the old Tracfone flip phone.

and flip phones 🙃
