Could be. I recall boring the 32s on my PR out to 33 mm back in the '70s.I think that only the carbs are bored![]()
I had the same problem with steep carb angle and had to use a remote bowl - a large bowl near the valve cover with a huge needle that could feed both carbs.This picture, although kind of fuzzy, shows the Quantel Cosworth Norton fitted with MK2 Concentrics modified to use matchbox remote float bowls. I remember seeing them and thinking how clever that was. The seemed to work quite well, although Quantel eventually switched to fuel injection.
