Silkolene Oil

I seem to be having a problem locating the correct Silkolene oil for my 961.
I have always used Comp 4 10W-40 4T (Silkolene product# 65135900217), but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
The Silkolene website doesn’t list that product#.
There is a Comp4, 10W-40 4T XP (Silkolene product# 600988807). Not sure if this is a replacement for the original.
Does anyone if this is the case?
 
I just bought some of the correct stuff from Motorcycle superstore but it was 20-50. No 10-40 available!
 
I like sticking with the Silkolene myself, but I think if I couldn't find the correct weight, I'd go with another synthetic blend brand.
 
Hi guys,

Reading the thread with interest. I had slight concern when my Norton Dealer here in Australia used a different oil, to that recommended by Norton, for my first service; they used Shell Advance AX7 4T 15-50. They are an authorised dealer, from where I purchased the bike so I am not particularly worried. I suspect that all of the top grade oils would be similarly suitable. Unless anybody had further input?

Yes, reading with interest.
I was told by Frasers Sydney. Shell 10-40 full synthetic.

Googled the Silkolene semi syn 10W40 and found it on line from several sources. Walmart was the lowest price in the gallon size. My dealer is a six hour drive for me so you have to make the net do the driving.
