She has arrived!

My bike was delivered without the plug and I had 1500 miles on her before I read about the problem, otherwise I would not have known there was a problem
After cruising at speeds over 80 or HARD rides over 150 miles I have a couple of drops on the garage floor as do my other bikes!

They all have an issue, just like Harley did, but HD fixed it by adding a machined feature. What HD did to fix the exact same issue was communicated to Norton. Whether it will be implemented on the 2016's only Simon will know until we get our hands on one. But for the bikes up to now, It will be interesting to see if adding this unit makes a difference by reducing the amount of oil or actually 100% stops it.

If you ride with it un-plugged you won't know there is a problem unless your rear brakes stop working from being covered in oil. My bike hardly collected oil until about 3,000 miles then it became more noticeable. Please keep them plugged and drain at home. The one07 Vent comes with a slick airbox drain with a really nice plug that you won't loose on the road.

There was a mention by Simon that this picture from the NOC site shows the fix installed incorrectly. So maybe ignore until more info comes out.

Your dealer will have the instructions that show the correct installation.
