Dodging rain all week...had to lend my car to my visiting Mother-in-Law. I was hit with a nice downpour on the entire commute home from work today. No matter, the Norton performed flawlessly!

Good for you, don't let a little rain stop a ride on a Commando.
I have some "windshield wipers" that fit on the finger of my glove that work perfectly. Bought them from Aero-Stitch.
Ride On (rain or shine)

How you get it home before the front rotor rusts to dust ;-) Unlike watching grass grow & paint dry (see this video if you like that sort of thing) you can actually see the rust appearing in just minutes on those things!
I acquired an old trick many moons ago for the raining season here,
Try washing visor in warm soapy water, - I’m talking about a small amount of Fairy Liquid here,
Dab the visor with a towel, don’t rub, put some Rainex anti water repellent on the outside, this will enabled the wind to blow off the raindrops- ( also good on car windscreens) - spray Bob Heath anti mist on the inside wiping evenly, then blow your breath onto inside of visor the fit to helmet
Bernhard,
For the first time in many years since fitting a Pinlock and probably due it's the first time we've had a bit of a Summer. I've found during riding into low sun conditions the outer rim/seal of the Pinlock magnifies the sunlight to a laser like blinding brilliance. Shouldn't complain I know.
