That was a shock to read this morning, 'Easy Rider was only on the other day.

I still remember my first poster (colour) from back in the day.

R.I.P Peter Fonda.

Well yea, if he had laid off drinking, smoking and all the other factors, that amounted to abusing his body, he could/might have made the ton!

My guess is he’s probably happier with the way he did it !

Sad loss though. Cool guy and a very classic film.

Actually, following the Easy Rider route from LA to New Orleans is one road trip option I’ve been considering.

A rich man decided he wanted to live forever so he spent his fortune traveling the world looking for the secret of eternal life and/or the Fountain of Youth. After multiple dead ends, he spent his last 5 bucks to have a Sherpa guide him to the top of a mountain in Nepal where a monk lived that supposedly knew the secret of eternal life. The monk told him, "Don't drink, don't smoke, don't chase women, in fact, don't do anything that's considered bad by society in general." So he asked, "If I refrain from all that, will I live forever?" And the monk replied, "No, but it'll sure as hell seem like it."
