I bought this BlueJob stuff and was sceptical... I thought that there was no way that this would remove the blueing and yellowing from my headers.... check this out. after 5 mins of buffing by hand, looks great. A little more elbow grease and it should look like new.

Wow, I am going to get a Bluejob as soon as I can. Seriously, my pipes need a cleaning.

5 minutes of buffing by hand? Is that necessary with a bluejob?

The guy in the reflection in the pipe is just flaunting his bluejob.

Anyway, with mind out of the gutter,..............

how does that cleaning and polish hold up once the heat is on the pipes again?

:P :P Glad this stuff works, but its far to easy to make inappropriate comments so I won't

Be careful with that stuff. I tried a product called "Blueaway" at some point and it removed the bluing alright. But it also dulled the chrome.

I think that chrome will always form a protective oxide at high temperatures and removing the blue just exposes fresh chrome which will oxidize again.
Eventually all the chrome will be gone. I just leave the pretty blue on, it adds character.

That's the problem with shining up anything. Whether it's paint or metal, polishing is removing material.
