Its an 8mm Powergrip HTD. I see they have a GT3 version which is claimed to have more load capacity. I have not been able to source them in the UK in singles in the 920 length I need and Norvil use the HTC brand now which does not appear to be the same quality (not that I've compared their specs).

I've used the GT3 in 920 length with good results. They are available here in the US in all standard lengths with 30 mm width. They are not available in 40 mm width, which I use, so I've had to order the 50 mm width and skive them down to 40. Pretty easy to do with a box cutter blade and a couple bits of metal for guides in a vise.

Norvil's older belts couldn't tolerate oil. The ones I got nine or ten years ago are just fine with it, at least from a BADLY leaking crank seal. I was having to stop every hundred miles to drain it from the Utah rally and top off the oil tank. Probably a pint or more each time. I stopped at Baxter's in Iowa and changed the seal. I've got a bit over 20,000 miles on my belt drive.
