So I get a letter in the mail from Kingston, Road Island that I have an outstanding parking violation and please send $50 to correct the problem. I don't remember the last time I was In Road Island, not in several years. I have nothing with the plate number ,I thought. Vehicle was a black Jeep, I don't own a black jeep.
Make a call this morning pled my case to a patient young lady. She pulls the numbers up and it is registered to me! But it's a 1973 Norton! Go to the back garage with her still on the line and yes the plate is my 73 Norton. I informed her that bike hasn't left Lancaster county in 15 years. She has done all she can and will move it up the line, expecting a call later this week from her superior.

I have a feeling this is not going to be fun. I'll post more as I get it

This song may be appropriate? (wait for the chorus!)

BTW - I haven't got a clue what the video's about, but it'll have to do as songs like that are hard to find.
I remember it from my mis-spent early 20's.

I had a similar issue with Maryland. It was toll booth camera that captured the back of a big motorcycle like a Harley. When I spoke to them I suggested that they get out the original picture and look carefully at the license plate number as I had never been on bike like that in my life, all my bikes have antique plates (they are black, the one in the picture was white), and I had not been on a motorcycle in Maryland in many years. They realized that of the numbers on the plate in the picture had been misread and they send a note apologizing.
