I had some time today, so I removed the Wassal straight through silencers, after starting and recording it, and then installed the old rusty original silencers I had laying around. They have a chamber with a block at the end inside them. I was surprised the insides didn't blow out of them.
Anyhow, the originals do have a deeper throaty sound to them, but hardly noticeable on the videos I made. Not sure it would be worth the problems to try to make a set given the slight difference. If anyone wants to hear it, I'll post them, but like I say....
I'm going to have another Urquell which will probably put me to sleep. If I'd had time I would have rode, but we're going to a movie at 5. This will give me a chance to re-position the exhaust and install the stainless spacers I got for the LS Z plate.
