It's doable, but that means I would need to run a wire up to the headlight shell. So far I am trying to limit the number of wires on the bike, I already have the ignition pickup wires routed through the frame as well as two wires from the alternator. By putting the switch above the head, the wire can just join the main wiring loom running under the tank.
