norton runs so good but hard cold start

i solved my problem. it was stupid smile i pulled the plugs out and guess what. they were .25 over gapped at 45 thousandths. it might help if there gapped right. a few beers might have been involved when i installed them at first. :) went back threw set idle put on my guns color tune. now from cold start no choke tickle the carbs crack the throttle one kick and she's off. i want to thank all who gave me a hand with troubleshooting this. now that I've got all my electrical gremlins fixed and my oil leaks stopped. after my new clutch handle comes in. "the mounting bracket broke off" i can take her for a ride. I'm trying to get it into a dependable bike i just love the way they ride.

Now you know why booze and bike maintenance don’t mix :shock: :(
