i solved my problem. it was stupid smile i pulled the plugs out and guess what. they were .25 over gapped at 45 thousandths. it might help if there gapped right. a few beers might have been involved when i installed them at first. 
went back threw set idle put on my guns color tune. now from cold start no choke tickle the carbs crack the throttle one kick and she's off. i want to thank all who gave me a hand with troubleshooting this. now that I've got all my electrical gremlins fixed and my oil leaks stopped. after my new clutch handle comes in. "the mounting bracket broke off" i can take her for a ride. I'm trying to get it into a dependable bike i just love the way they ride.
