Norton logo stamp around vin number

Just wonder if you guys know when AN started putting the globe logo on either side of the engine number. Im looking at a 73 interstate and the engine does not have the stamped logo on either side of the number 302216. My roadster 307907 has the globe stamped on either side of the number. Many thanks.

Sometime around mid-73 when Norton Villiers (not AN) became part of NVT (Norton Villiers Triumph).

OK, thanks you LAB. Just wanted to make sure it was legit. The neck tag looks newish to me, and I know guys replace them. I imagine duplicating engine numbers might be a bit more tenuous.
