Hello there,

Do any of you guys have a Norton Commando plastic wall plaque you dont want any more please? If so I would be interested in buying it off you. These plaques were popular in the 70s. The main colour of the plaque, being the background is black, surrounded by a gold coloured lip. The dimentions are aprox 6" x 12" but thats a guess. I have seen many similar plaques in boot sales from what looks to be the same manufacturer, but they mostly seem to be classic cars.

Whilst these are not the kind I am looking for, I thank you for taking the time to post your reply.

If I'm thinking of the same thing, I have a feeling that these plaques were sold through NVT dealers in the UK in about 1977 when they didn't have much else to sell! Was it a Mk 111 Interstate together with a similar picture of a T160 Trident ?

It might be worth trying some of the older long-standing dealers in the UK like Gaggs or Rosners ? They might still have some in a box ?
