I didn’t see that, it’s not a Grimeca.

Judging by the fact the writing is upside down, I’d guess it’s supposed / intended to be mounted t’other way around, chain on the right.
 
Given that the front brake is Laverda it is not unreasonable that the rear is also Italian - maybe Frigerio?
