New Thruxton exhaust upgrade

Some time ago I was chatting with a very nice young lady who had slipped after market Peashooters onto her Thruxton and she was stoked with the result!
 
Funny that Stu, I caught up with a set of peashooters on the freeway the other day, but as I got closer I saw they were pointing out at an odd angle from a fat Hinkley Thruxton & not the Commando that I`d liked to have seen.
 
Yes , the Thruxton or the Hinckleys after market peashooters have an almost bizarre kink at the joining face where they join onto the pipes.. looks a little strange after the stock Commando units ~

Personally I don't find the new Triumph twins appealing and stock they sound aweful~

The new Metisse parallel twin is going to be intriguing , but 1000cc then 1200cc for 2013 is a lot cc for a parallel twin ~ Two models from the Rickman brothers ~ and of course the Steve McQueen off road replica T110!

I recently sold off my Thruxton , had it for a year after trading for a later injected SS. Both were fun, the Thruxton got me into classic racing via some track days and Superbike School.
Its sale freed up funds so that others may ride on :D
Would I buy another one.....maybe when I'm old. :roll:
