tribonnie; The N15 frame will take a flat bottom base. For the forward mount I cut up an old carpenters' square. Easy to work with and lasts. I leave the back open to get the sadelbags off and on.

This is a genuine seat pan off a 1966 G80CS. The G/N15CS seat pan is basically identical except for the rear part which provides a fixation point for a rugged horizontal tab attaching the seat to the rear mudguard.
As can be seen, the pan is slightly bent - it should be perfectly flat.

I see a number of seats listed for sale for the N/G15cs- but none of them match the seat on my 68 G15cs

These all look to have the forward tang mount but not the rear tab that bolts to the fender.
