Anyway, now I've met a second dude that has his own 1,300' grass strip and hangar, and he's willing to give me a ground lease to relocate my metal building garage from Laredo (not easy, but not hard)

Single seat ready-to-fly MX cost me less than the budget to refurbish the two-seater!
