MkIII Harness wire landing questions

White/blue WU (as blue/white UW is used for the high beam) and white/purple can be bypassed/removed.
The white/yellow WY (from the kill switch) can then be connected directly to the Boyer box white (-) wire (for normal positive earth/ground).
thanks for that information , but I fear that I failed to communicate where my question pertains to. I'm asking about the two wires that go to the starter solenoid. Are you saying one is not used if you no longer have points? Thanks again.

Ok, so yes, the white/purple WP (ballast bypass from the solenoid 'I' terminal to the ignition coils) should be disconnected or the electronic ignition won't work when the electric starter is operating.
