My 961 has seen rain b4,but visor had no wipers ,so here is number one son saying “ Dad I’m done,ain’t no way I’m getting back on that f@@king bike”
 
These Kellermans are just as bright, only about 7cm total length, are rubber mounted and came up cheap on fleabay and you know me I can't ignore a bargain :). Thought the chrome were more suited to the 961 which has a lot of polished/chrome this and that, it's the 4th set if you include the factory ones lol. The micro ones I would need to add 2cm extensions to make the separation 'legal' on the rear (18cm) so rather than do that I thought they would look better on the FTR which will end up quite black/carbon in appearance and currently has indicators the size of the Intl. Space Station!.

1st set were £10 for 4 inc p&p from China (I should have known better!); 2nd set going on the FTR so don't count; 3rd set a 'bargain' and will stay on the 961, still 'quids in' hehehe
 
DGR last sunday in september, I have signed for London at the moment, have to be quick though for the London ride, numbers get limited

Had a nice ride out tonight, first in about 3 weeks. Spoilt only by the choice of lid (Hedon) which completely dulled the sound and feel of the bike.

Monday morning my plan was to ride to the Neville Arms at Medbourne via the backroads from Oundle, through some cracking countryside to Uppingham, wind up the harley boys at thje dealer there, maybe Peterborough next to Webbs (Triumph) who have a cracking new place by the looks of it and maybe wheels. This was designed to be a sole rider event unless I invite a friend who wants to get his super blackbird out. But I could be tempted to stray but but only have a half day pass as I have to collect a Leeds festival returnee in a 4 wheeler.
 
We don’t seem to be getting much uptake on this, perhaps a bit too short notice?

Any thoughts on an alternative date?
