I worked in Appleton several times. Some BIG salvage (breakers) yards there.

Breakers. There are three I know of that don't normally go that high but $25k is normal. The money is not the issue, it's the transportation and space to sort out what to sell as is and what to break and sell. For instance, eBay sellers:
